I am looking forward to enable the support TAC case with Intersight SaaS (Not Servers/Fabric Interconnect etc). What method will fall for Intersight SaaS to open the ticket, support contract number or solution support contract number?

Thanks Austin. I think I had to use the feedback under settings in order to get Intersight support. I am already in touch with them.
Either one of those contract numbers should enable you to open a case with TAC via Intersight.
If you need more info, can you clarify and add some more supporting details?
