Is it possible to disable RMA in Intersight SaaS consumption model?

If yes what are the possible ways?

Yes, Proactive RMA can be disabled in Cisco Intersight. Please see Opting Out of Proactive RMAs at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/servers-unified-computing/intersight/215172-proactive-rma-for-intersight-connected-d.html#anc12.

This option using Tags  is   applicable at  account level  only. Is that right statement.
Can we disable RMA in SaaS  using API gateway ? If yes  Please provide the instructions to do so.
