No IP after installing one app

Hi expert,

After installing & activating the application in sandbox CFA-1, I have checked IP is not in the networkInfo...

Is it required to assign IP for application? If it required, could you please help to show how to assign IP for app? Thanks very much!

PS: The IP of CAF in sandbox:

• IOx-CAF 1
  • https://10.10.20.51:8443

• IOx-CAF 2
  • https://10.10.20.52:8443

Hi Ziwei,

It is DHCP for the IOx app by default. And you may also try to set a static one based on the guide of How to set Static IP address to PaaS/LXC.
