Virtual service connect (Unable to send request)

Hi,

We have a CPOC up and running with the 819-IOX and are having a problem accessing the app via "virtual-service connect name 1 console".  After entering once - the connection I assume stays active and it is impossible to reconnect again.  I receive an error "Unable to send request".

I am not sure how to clear the session?  There is nothing under clear line command?  Any ideas?

Hi Greg,

You may use the C819 IOx Local App Manager to restart the application, and then you may re-access the VM with the console. The guide of IOx Local App Manager is available at Cisco IOx Local Manager User Guide.pdf
