Cisco Prime 3.1 routers 2901 and 2921 not updating device info.

All,

I am trying to figure out why when I add these particular devices on cisco prime 3.1 device information is not updated. the device ip's are added to the datase but they show as unknown device and wont pull all device information as the rest of my devices.

I believe i have checked all possibles causes snmp communitystrings, credentials, telnet and ssh service and these are all in place. Wonder if the IOS code on these routers could be an issue.
