Not able to upgrade to websocket connection with dglux server getting response 200 instead of 101

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue in creatring a websocket connection with DGLux server. When my client sends an upgrade request on an HTTP session, DGLux server responds back with 200 response code instead of 101 code. Client has to do several retries to successfully establish a websocket connection with DGLux server. I have attached snap shot and can provide wireshark dump (taken on DGLux server) for your quick look. Is this a known issue on dglux or dart server ? Any workaround? Any pointers will be useful.
