Accessing Devices Connected to Router. I have successfully connected to a router remotely but would like to enter the interface of a connected device using its local ip address that’s connected.

After I attended a Cisco Live event, I always received lots of useless emails from Cisco Partners, it is really irritating.Who knows how to disable it? 

Switch and AP shows these kind of error. cloud you please help me to solve this issue.

I've setup the switch success fully. I've ran all of the crypto/generate/privilege commands. However, I'm unable to ssh into the switch using putty. I can access it via console/web but no ssh. Any Suggestions???
