Can't get CML 40 node license to become "compliant"

Hi all,

I have a CML Personal license and then recently bought a Personal-Plus license with which both appear in my learning network store. When I deregister the 20 node and try and use the 40 node it registers ok by applying the new token but never becomes compliant. The registration status goes green but the compliance stays yellow. Also, in CML the new license never appears in the product selection window, although that may not be relevant. Even when I request a compliance update it responds as successful but doesn't change status. Does anyone have any idea of why the new license doesn't work?

Kevin.

3. Select the 40 node license radio button and then click the Save button
4. Select the "Register" button to register this product with your 40 node token

Surely you don't need to install another instance of CML to use a second license?
