I am trying to get my VM up and running and I am encountering an error

What hypervisor are you trying install install the CML VM on? Vmware or Hyper-V (not officially supported by CML)? Is this Windows 10 or 11? If Windows 11, did you upgrade from Windows 10, or was Windows 11 already installed on your machine?
Virtualization must be enabled on the CML host machine. With either Windows 10 or 11, you will need to enable VT-x in BIOS. Additionally, if you upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, Virtual Machine Platform may not be enabled. See Enable Virtualization on Windows 11 PCs.
