Not able to download CML2.0

Hello ,

 

I have ordered CML2.0 for testing and certification purposes, and cannot download CML2.0 / and also not Virl 1.6.

The order is confirmed, and on another computer I  get the same probleem !!

I ordered CML 2.0 on 24 July 2020,  is waiting time before CML is activated ??

When I click on the download software section, the circled progression is not continue to download the content ??

Or is there problem on the Cisco server ??

did you get Confirm emails from Cisco store with link? no waiting time once you got those emails.  you also need registration token to enter after install.   

Go to https://learningnetworkstore.cisco.com/myaccount

Login, click on your account, to see my orders, from there, click on download page.

I just tried re-download my copy; store site opened a bit slower then usually but you should see this :

NOTE: notice progress bar also stopped but page is loaded. You MUST be logged in to Cisco; Not shown on picture but on top right corner, you should see your login name (next to 4 icons).  It should be the same login name and password now since Cisco implemented OneID for all sites (one id and password).

it looks like you had connection issues with Cisco servers; try it again, should work.

Or try download different image. since CML is downloading from Main Cisco software download stie; like this FREE Nexus https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286312239/type/282088129/release/7.0(3)I7(8)

OR

Try different browser

The issue has resolved, I could download now the CML files.

I think there was a connection problem.
