Cisco Switch - Cisco SG350 switch - SFP Port Fiber Module Support

Hi Team, 

          As we Are Using Cisco SG350 Small  business Switch in our Lab....It has SFP Port to connect SFP module...

we are going to use one Fiber SFP Module to our Cisco SG350 switch. Will this switch is compatible with Below Fiber SFP module. ftlf1318p3btl finisar

Cisco can support 3rd party SFP Module, but support do not cover in case of any issue around Port issues.

This is 1GB SFP Module universal should work for you, instead why not Look Cisco refurbished for same price around. and got cisco support also.

Hi Balaji, 

           As i Understood, If we use Third party SFP Fiber module means we are not able to troubleshoot the SFP port Issue right.

         As we have some Stock of FTLF1318P3BTL  Model SFP in our office to for SFP port 

        Is the cisco switches will not use for third party modules issues ?

        Is the cisco Switches SFP Ports are cisco proprietary only ?

some time it works, some time keep giving error - but you can disable that error and use it as long as it works.

if any issue Like port error TAC may not support and insists for replace with cisco SFP
