We have a weird issue at our firm with numbers being displayed incorrectly when divert all is used. I'll try to explain as best as possible.
- When a client e.g (07xxxxxx955) calls an internal phone – 0207xxx(3475) the incoming number shows up correctly.
- When a client e.g (07xxxxxx955) calls an internal phone – 0207xxx(3475) and then forwards the call to a mobile (907xxxxxx639) the incoming number does not show correctly.
- When the call gets diverted to a mobile, the number 0203xxxx167 shows up. Not the original number (07xxxxxx955)
- If the call is missed, The user cannot call the original number back.
Is does any one have an idea of what could be going on? I've had a ticket open with Cisco for several weeks now but it could be something simple that's been overlooked.
