Network Academy Issue.

I am new to Cisco. I tried to log into Cisco Networking Academy, but I was met with

Sorry, we can't find a NetAcad account associated with this Cisco account.

The site will not let me attempt to create an account. I do not know if I am the only one with this issue. Any suggestions?
