Hi All,
As per subject, what is going on with the Cisco Press support, I know that times are different and all, but they should be enabled for remote work.
I have raised a case with them as I ordered 4 study materials, one Video course which has been released already and accessible and three eBooks, case was opened on the 13th of August. No answer!
One of the first books has both hard copy and eBook and has been released and guess what, guys who are willing to cash out can have it now, but me, no I still have not received it. The book in question is Cisco Software-Defined Access.
So if someone has means to nudge guys in support to look into the issue I would greatly appreciate some movement on this issue.
