i have a question about limiting the number of proximity users to 1. what we are trying to prevent is that users override the presenters during meetings. for instance, if im conducting a meeting and I am sharing content i do not want other users to be able to connect to the codec using proximity and disrupt the presentation.
I wanted to prevent users from connecting to the system by password or pin but the documentation does not mention this as an option, so i dont think is possible.
I am aware that based on the model there is limit to the number of users that can connect to the codec using proximity. is there a way to limit the number of users to 1 so that no one else in the room connects to it ?
