Managed Paired Proximity Sessions Through Endpoints Interface

Is there a way for end users to self regulate paired users? For example, DX80 is limited to 3 concurrent connections but is in a space where more than 3 people end up pairing. End result, the device owner sits down at their desk and isn't able to pair because nearby colleagues have taken up all 3 slots. Currently they reboot the device to clear connections which isn't ideal. The user wants to be able to unpair proximity sessions via the touch interface.

You could make a button using the in-room controls / macro framework. I would base my effort on the code found in our troubleshooting guide under “NOTE: Cisco Proximity Controls removed from CE9.2.1 and above.” (https://community.cisco.com/t5/mobile-applications-documents/troubleshooting-guide-cisco-proximity/ta-p/3148841#toc-hId-1722597943)

Basically, you could take that code and install it on all the relevant codecs, or you could make a more limited control that just runs

xcommand Proximity Services Deactivate
xcommand Proximity Services Activate

Disabling and then enabling Proximity should boot everyone out.
