My Proximity is not able to identify devices while in a meeting room with TP (proximity enabled) devices.  The "Looking for Video Systems" option appears grayed out.

Turn off "Noise Suppression" from the laptop's microphone. As soon as I did this my Proximity connected up.   Look at my attachment for my settings

Tried to do that...turned off "DC offset cancellation" but still wont work. I dont see the exact options in the attachment. Thanks!

Not sure how but today Proximity is working perfectly!

Did you by chance upgrade to 2.0 between attempts?

We just released 2.0 that dramatically improves how we do audio recording on Windows, thus also makes pairing work in most cases without even touching driver settings.

yes 2.0 did fix laptops where we could not find any of the noise suppression settings

I was able to connect once I configured per the attachment; "Disable All Sound Effects".
