Hi,
I have passed the CCNP Core exam and was previously have Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation.

  • My question is, what should I do to change CCNP Enterprise status from in-process status to active status

if u still need help, go to CLN, cisco learning network, and re post this asking Rigo to review it; or create a case with cisco cert people.

you can find, exam tree in certmetrics. that will show which exams are needed to mark this as a complete.

Please rate this and mark as solution/answer, if this resolved your issue

Hi Kasun,

I checked the exam tree of cert metrics

I just finished CCNP Core 350-401 and I had an old ccnp ( route + t-shoot) However, I know if I have a CCNP ( route + T-Shoot), it will become (ENARSI) certified

But,  Cisco didn't still convert the certificate to CCNP Enterprise

 It's my account
