Additionally I would like to inform you about a new feature we have since we have introduced the release 7.0: Our reporting Database.

Our main business is to be an ITSM platform. We can provide a lot of different reports but there are professional tools which can do this better. Our reporting database is a separate database which is constantly up-2-date with life-data. We can provide you an user and a password and so you can have access via an ODBC-driver. In this way you can analyze your data with any foreign tool of your choice.
