we have deployed CER and are having issues with when the calls are made the correct information is sent to the PSAP, If the call is drooped for any reason the PSAP should be able to call back on the caller ID that was provided which should be for example 6605436056. with this line on a phone the call goes through just fine. but if it's not a deployed number on a phone the ISP gets a 404 from cube. the system isn't recognizing that it is a call back from a 911 call and routing it to the last phone to call 911. I have gone through what docs I could find but can't seem to find my error.
