Hi I too was looking for the notes but I gave the update a try on my RV325 without them in the hopes that it would fix two standing problems I've had for some time. The main issue I was trying to get fixed was the: ALLOW UDP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:ppppp -> yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy:ppp on eth1 messages I was getting from the router on a regular basis. This has been fixed I no longer get these messages!! I have yet to get any further log emails from it so I cannot yet confirm if they fixed the log time/date stamp. I just logged in and sent a log and the timestamp shows the correct date and time so that seems to be fixed as well!
Release notes still haven't been provided for the RV042G firmware 4.2.3.10 yet, but the RV32x series fix list on the new firmware revision was very extensive.
