15.2(7)E11 Upgarde path for WS-C2960L-24PS-LL

Hi,

We are planning to update our Cisco WS-C2960L-24PS-LL switch IOS to Cisco 15.2(7)E11 MD. Our current switch firmware versions are:

• 15.2(7)E3
• 15.2(6)E
• 15.2(7)E3

We would greatly appreciate it if you could help us determine whether we can perform a direct upgrade to 15.2(7)E11 MD from these versions. If not, please kindly provide the recommended upgrade path along with any relevant documentation or guidance.

I performed the IOS upgrade, but after reloading, the switch failed to boot with the upgraded version and displayed the following error message:

Let me guess:  The "upgrade" means "manually copying the BIN fine into switch"?
