2960s No Express Screen

I have an older 2960S and When I visit 10.0.0.1 I am not seeing an express screen. 

I have reset the switch and I am able to get the following:

Telnet - to the router.
Show interfaces - display the status of the interfaces.
Show diagnostic log - display the diagnostic log.
Monitor the router - HTML access to the command line interface at level 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15
Show tech-support - display information commonly needed by tech support.
Extended Ping - Send extended ping commands.
Web Console - Manage the Switch through the web interface.

if you are in switch, can you post show run output

or try below : ( configure your Pc with 192.168.1.2  mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.254

interface Vlan1
ip address 192.168.1.254 255.255.255.0
no shutdown
!
ip http server
ip http secure-server
!

try from PC http://192.168.1.254

try attached guide if you can reset again.
