So i am very new here and a novice when it comes to call manager. 12.0 with proper licensing but i don't know where to find that "smart net". this was all implemented by and MSP prior to me.
The company wants to start recording calls for customer service purposes. This sort of initiative needs to be real basic. Now i know its not built into CUCM but can't i send recordings just to a file server somehow as my 3rd party server? This needs to be as basic as possible, low cost, no cloud.
any thoughts for the guy who knows nothing in this realm is much appreciated.
