Can't Install MS Teams room on Cisco Room Bar

We recently have gotten a new Cisco Room Bar with the Navigator. When going through the initial setup everything works fine until we get to the part of installing Microsoft Teams room. The Navigator installs Teams Room and gets stuck on "Starting Microsoft teams". The Room Bar gets stuck on "Downloading Microsoft Teams" and the progress bar stays at zero. We tried using the control hub and running xCommand Install MicrosoftTeamsRoom but still the same issue. We want the device to use Microsoft Teams Room as the default, not Webex.

Hi there,

If you get a Cisco Room device that hangs while loading Teams: The following xCommand will force a software update:

xCommand MicrosoftTeams SoftwareUpgrade Force: True

xCommand MicrosoftTeams SoftwareUpgrade

Applies to: RoomBar RoomBarPro RoomKitEQX CodecEQ CodecPro Room70G2 DeskPro BoardPro BoardProG2 Requires user role: ADMIN Check if it's possible to install a Microsoft Teams installation options on the RoomOS software version currently running on the device. If not, download and install a version with the required support. Where the new software image is picked from depends on your device registration, your service contract, or other.

USAGE: xCommand MicrosoftTeams SoftwareUpgrade [Force: Force] where Force: False/True Default value: False\

Try updating the RoomOS to the latest version first — older firmware often causes the Teams install to hang. Then, factory reset the Room Bar, connect it directly to a stable wired network, and retry the xCommand Install MicrosoftTeamsRoom. If it still fails, verify the device is added correctly in Control Hub with Teams Room license enabled.
