Catalyst 3640 IOS issue

I am trying to upgrade IOS for catalyst 3650 as it keeps restart from mode Switch :

then i plug the USB and 

switch: dir usbflash0:/
Directory of usbflash0://

462 drw- 0 Security
737 drw- 0 Lenovo

and do this step 

switch: boot usbflash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.04.SPA.bin
usbflash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.04.SPA.bin: no such device
usbflash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.04.SPA.bin: no such device

Error loading "usbflash:cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.09.04.SPA.bin"

Interrupt within 5 seconds to abort boot process.
Boot process failed...

what's the next step ?

your thumb drive is usbflash0:, not usbflash:
