Cisco Agent desktop drops in and out

Hello,

 

I have a user reporting that there Cisco supervisor is showing all the connected agents as dropping in and out when I review the log files for one of the machines I can see the following:

2019-09-23 14:51:38:689 ERROR FCCC2015 The connection to the Desktop Chat Service has been lost. The program will attempt to reconnect automatically.


2019-09-23 14:51:38:690 INFO DESK1009 Call Chat auto-recovery message received.
2019-09-23 14:51:38:704 INFO FCCC0000 Successfully connected to the Desktop Chat Service.
2019-09-23 14:51:38:704 INFO DESK1009 Call Chat auto-recovery message received.
2019-09-23 14:52:26:022 ERROR FCCC2015 The connection to the Desktop Chat Service has been lost. The program will attempt to reconnect automatically.
2019-09-23 14:52:26:022 INFO DESK1009 Call Chat auto-recovery message received.
2019-09-23 14:52:26:023 ERROR DESK3014 Chat SetAgentAcdState failed.

 

This repeats over and over, I've read elsewhere to set the debug logs to trace to find the source of this error, but I don't understand what the log means I have attached.
