Cisco Anyconnect certificate enrollment result in connection attempt failed on all ios devices

Hi,

 

We have been upgrading our users to new ios devices and none are enrolling certificates. Enrollment is only successful using the Cisco Anyconnect legacy app (which is outdated). However, it is working fine on our android devices. Aside from a blackberry key2 with android 8.1.0

 

Please help.

I have this problem too, they did something to the iOS and Android apps and dont let us import certificates anymore from the ASA.  I'm getting the runaround from support and don't know what to do
