Cisco ASA 5525 ASDM not logging in but Standby device is able to login

Hi,

We are having Cisco 5525 in HA pair and the secondary active device is unable to login via ASDM but the Primary standby is able to login successfully.

If we make Primary active, we wouldn't be able to login to either of the device via ASDM.

I need some help.

is this new setup ? what ASA Code ?  is both the ASA same mode and same ASA Code ?

how is your config looks like ?
