I am hoping I can do this, but I perhaps cannot. I minimize Cisco Finesse quite frequently, and as a result, don't notice when I go from "Ready" to "Not Ready" thus keeping me out of the loop for calls. Is there ANYWAY at all that I can have my 8845 handset blink, or have a visual indicator telling me when I am or am not ready to take new calls?
