Cisco ISE v2.7 Patch 9 and bug CSCwa60903

Hello,

Has anyone updated to Patch 9 of ISE version 2.7 and seen a resurgence of the bug described here?
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwa60903

We are weary since it had affected us before Patch 8. The bug search shows that the Known fixed update doesn't include Patch 9 of ISE v2.7, so we are not sure to proceed.

Hopefully this is a non-issue.

Recommendation is to update to Patch 9 on version 2.7
