As how the title states!
I have a client using Cisco Jabber to make external calls from their company, they are using Microsoft Teams to make internal calls to colleagues and managers.
A quick scenario:
Employee 1 is on the phone with customer 1, Employee 2 rings Employee 1 on Teams and Employee 1's conversation with Customer 1 is cut-off without any notice.
I have been searching the net quite a bit about this one and tried a few different fixes/methods that stem from other issues, however no luck so far.
We have tried;
Re-installing both programs
Going to the microphone settings and unticking "Give Programs exclusive access to this device"
Using a different microphone
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
