I have an issue with licenses in CUCM. Lately, we have to recover VM running CallManager using the Cisco Recovery software. After that in CUCM message pops up telling The system has not sync successfully with cisco Prime Licence Manager for x days. I have deleted product instances in the License Manager and added them again. After that, I have a new error message: Cisco Prime License Manager is operating in demo mode. Install licenses to cover the licensing requirements of your product instances in order to avoid losing functionality in those products.
Anyone can help with that?
