Hello Dears,
any one has an idea why when assigning an order to a customer Virtual Account (which public accessible) he doesn't see the ordered licenses under his VA but licenses exist under the DEFAULT VA?
Also i have below switch :
NAME: "Chassis", DESCR: "Nexus9000 C93180YC-FX3 Chassis"
PID: N9K-C93180YC-FX3
during license conversion, i can't find this PID under the device type as show below:
