We have a Cisco Unity server currently on version 12.5.1.16900-29. When we try to upgrade the firmware (or even transfer .cop files) the normal way we always had, we get an error stating "The user name or password is not valid". We are positive the username and password are correct, but still seems like something is off. Any ideas what it might be? Just a traditional CentOS linux server for the SFTP. And we can use an FTP client to get to it and the directory is correct. Any assistance is appreciated!
