Hi All,
I am getting following error after i enter the my vpn credentials. However this error message do not appear when my collegue try to connect from my mac.
Please let me know if any suggestion to fix this issue?
Login Denied. Your Anti Virus/Anti Spyware is out of date or not installed on your system.
Please contact the helpdesk for assistance.

This looks like Posture checks enabled on your network, contact system admin as mentioned and keep up to date your device to meet the requirement to connect to Coporate network.

Thanks, Sure! However would like to understand as how it get differs from my account to my colleague's account who is able to connect.

we are not sure how your collegue policy setup, compare to yours, (i belive this question for your network admin)-
since we do not have any visibility of your config or network information.

Looks like likely an ISE posture check that is preventing this. Need to check ISE identify the reason for failure and understand what needs to be met to be compliant for your laptop/pc.
