Contact Service Queue Activity Report by Interval

Hello, I run this report for previous day information. I would like the ability to show data for the entire year as totals for the interval time frame (say 60 minutes). For example I would want to see total volume for calls in the 24 hour period as totals for the year versus just the daily results. When i select year to date, I receive each day broken down, I only want to see a total for each hour.Historical ReportsHistorical Reports
