After upgrading our FTD 3110 from version 7.2.5 to 7.2.8, we noticed this message: "Platform Faults: 1 critical events; Code - F1312 Description: Failed to upgrade firmware image. I was able to ssh into the cli of the device and the firmware version that was installed as part of the 7.2.8 upgrade was installed and listed. So I used a second FTD 3110 and this time, I upgraded it to 7.2.8 in locally managed mode. No errors or strange messages. I configured this additional FTD 3110 for FMC management. Removed the first FTD 3110 and installed the second FTD it in my rack and added it to the FMC. Same error message (Code - F1312 Description: Failed to upgrade firmware image.). By the way, I have 5 FTD 2110s on 7.2.8 with no problems. Also, the FMC is running 7.2.8 with no problems. Just the 3110s seem to be bugging with this version. Last, we have noticed missing data on the FMC display when it relates to the 3110s on 7.2.8. We put the 3110 back on 7.2.5 and everything seems to be working just fine.
Anyone else seen this? Any fix suggestions (besides opening a TAC)?
Thanks for any help and comments.

I should have probably looked at the Cisco bug tool prior to posting this.
However, if it helps others also, this appears to be cosmetic:
