Help Needed For Cisco 340 Edge

Not 100% sure If I am putting this in the right place. I have been trying to figure out how to change the admin password on cisco 340 edge so I can install a different OS. I need to enter the BIOS settings and change the admin password and turn off safe boot (If that's a thing). The manual is not very helpful. I will attach the manual. Any help would be very useful thank you.
