I recently installed Cisco Packet Tracer using installer from this link on M1 MacBook running Sequoia 15.6.1 for university work. I no longer need this software on my machine. How do I (preferably automatically) uninstall it?
I assumed that the "uninstall" button will be in maintenance tool (on the screenshot) but this utility won't run. I also don't think that manually deleting every application would do the job, since installer clearly made more changes to the system than simply installed those apps.

Hello @ButterNet
Please perform the following steps:
Step 1: Drag the application to the Trash
------------------------------------------
Open Finder and go to the Applications folder.
Locate the Cisco Packet Tracer application.
Click and drag the application icon to the Trash icon in your Dock.
Step 2: Empty the Trash
---------------------------------
Find the Trash icon in your Dock.
Right-click (or Control-click) the Trash icon and select Empty Trash.
Confirm that you want to empty the Trash when prompted.
Step 3: Manually remove leftover files (Optional but recommended)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Open Finder and click Go in the menu bar.
Hold down the Option key and click Library when it appears in the menu.
Navigate to the following folders and manually delete any files or folders related to Cisco Packet Tracer:
~/Library/Application Support/
~/Library/Caches/
~/Library/Preferences/
~/Library/Saved Application State/
After deleting any leftover files, remember to empty the Trash again to permanently remove them.
Best regards

I followed the instructions you provided and it does seems like Packet Tracer is gone. Thank you so much!
The thing that still concerns me is that during installation Packet Tracer prompted me with "allow to make changes on this computer". Maybe there is a config files that were changed/added on root level after this. If yes, then what do I do with them?

Cisco Packet Tracer is an educational simulation tool and does not typically install low-level, "root-level" system configuration files that would persist in a harmful way after a standard, complete uninstallation. The changes are generally limited to its own operation and simulation environment.
