IE9310: format sdflash: iox

Hello, I need to know if IE9310 switch uses the command #format sdflash: iox.

I'm installing the Cyber Vision 4.3.1 and should format sd flash. But there is no #format command there.

What command should I use instead?

The IE9310 does support the format sdflash: iox command. It should however be entered without the # symbol.

Thank you for your response. As you said there is the format command in the guide but in reality the format command doesn't exist. I entered command without # symbol.
