impossible to login into netacad - RESOLVED

hi all,

 

i have a problem with my cisco account. When i try to login into NetAcad, it shows that my account doesn't exist and so i'm not able to use packet tracer, but I can login on Cisco web site, so how it's possible?

 

Could you please check?

How was this issue resolved? Several of my students are experiencing this same issue after creating Cisco.com accounts in order to access Packet Tracer.
