We recently were required to add Intrado to our Cox Business PRI account in order to provide complete ELIN information to the PSAP. Our Intrado account is (finally) all set up and I am trying to link our Cisco Emergency Responder 11.5 to the Intrado V911 account, but am required to upload a certificate from Intrado. When I requested the certificate, the Intrado engineering team said that the portal does not require a certificate and that CER "isn’t covered/supported by the V911 portal".
Does anyone have any recent experience or advice as to how I might make my request to Intrado a little more clear? Is there a specific type of certificate I should be requesting that might make more sense to them?
