Hi, I have 2 idle user logins that are stuck on an ASR IOS ver 16.x, I cannot clear the terminals, trying to clear TCP TCB also will not clear those users. Furthermore I cannot write mem, when I do it just sits there. I believe the idle connections are already trying to do this and have the file locked. Is my only choice to reboot? Is there a way to kill that process ? BTW plenty of room on NVRAM. If I do a sh start it hangs also.
