Is netflow supported in ASR903 with RSP3

Looking to configured netflow but it seems that RSP3 does not support it. Any ideas when this will be supported?

This is for some versions ahead yours but I believe it must apply to previous version.

Ingress and Egress Flexible NetFlow	Cisco IOS XE Bengaluru 17.6.1	Flexible NetFlow allows you to monitor the traffic from access circuit on an L2VPN and L3VPN network. In addition to monitoring traffic in routed and ethernet service interfaces, you can now monitor traffic in VRF enabled L2 VFI (virtual forwarding interfaces) and cross-connect services. This feature is not supported with the RSP3 module. It is only supported with the RSP2 module.

ASR903-RSP3 with 16.9.4 firmware version does not support netflow.
