I am using Cisco Jabber Version 12.9.5.55511 Build 305511 provided through my company and I am unable to get my camera input to work. I am using a Logitech c615 camera routed through NVidia Broadcast. Jabber settings can see that the camera is a valid input device, but when I select it, all I get is the spinning circle of death.
Note: I have no problems using the same setup in Cisco Webex 41.2.7.1. Works flawlessly there.
So why does Jabber still have problems. I understand it's probably 2 different development teams, but could you at least talk to each other to solve this issue? In a remote working environment, I really need the advanced filtering provided by Nvidia
