We are having trouble, which is unique to Cisco, when transferring calls to employees that use Jabber phones connected to CallManager because they have dynamic IP addresses. The delays in transferring calls are up to and exceeding 20 seconds. While attempting to transfer the call, we often lose the other party on the line due to the 20 plus second delay. Is Cisco Jabber losing its connection to CallManager when IP addresses change or is there something incorrect with the set up and connection between Jabber and CallManager?
