Login Issue: Site Can't Be Reached

Hello, Cisco Friends!

I'm experiencing a login issue on Cisco's Packet Tracer. My first issue was the login page not showing but eventually, I found a solution and fixed it. After clicking the Networking Academy on login, this page shows that the site can't be reached. I tried copying the link and pasted it on my browser and it has some certificate issue at first but eventually proceeds to Netacad. I imported an ISRG Root X1 certificate to fix any certificate related issue I'm facing but it doesn't work on this one. I don't know how to fix this because the login link where I should put my credentials is on packet tracer itself. I hope you guys can help me with this issue, thank you and have a great day!

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hello! Yes, it is a certificate error and that's the reason why I can't
continue. I had a hard time looking for solutions to this problem. I did
import a new certificate, the ISRG Root X1 certificate but the problem
still persists. Cisco uses DST Root CA X3 and it has already expired last
year. The thing is, I can log in on the browser but not on the packet
tracer software itself. Is there any solution to my problem? I downloaded
and imported a certificate but that doesn't fix the issue. Thank you
