First question, how this FW got in to ROMON, is this part of Upgrade or Crashed ?

Can you post complete logs, so we can suggest to boot from TFTP to get working ?

Hi BB

FW tries to boot on normal mode, but it fails with the aforementioned incident

That's why I tried to boot it on ROMMON to see if it can boot

Do you have access to console, so can you post full logs of boot process. so we can identify the issue,

is that because no image or flash failed ?

Follow the below procedure boot from TFTP, try fsck or format flash. ( hope you have backup config,. you can restore once it booted normally).
