I have a couple of none Cisco transceivers that show as Unknown in our 9300xv12Y switches.
But when I connect it to one of our 9500-24Y switches it displayed as SFP-10/25GBase-LR.
That is what it is supposed to be.
Been checking the Cisco Optics-to-Device Compatibility Matrix and it looks like this SFP should work with the 9300x switch as well.
Have tried firmware versions 17.06.04 and 17.12.01 on 9300x without success.
